I've been reading through the 156 page thread on this tire size. I got 50 pages in and couldn't take anymore...

I'm getting ready to buy a set of BFG KM2's in 255/85/16 and mount them on stock Steelies.

I see from the LONG thread that people are having good luck using the stock TRD Off-road wheels with these tires. I'm wondering what the difference in backs pacing is between these and the Steelies. If the steel wheel BS will be better or worse as far as rubbing and if I should order some spacers as well.

I already checked the wheel thread. There is a question mark for back spacing on the Steelies.

I'm installing OME 886's and OME struts with 1/4 top spacers up front and 7 leaf Dakars in the rear, just to be clear.

    Reviving super old thread.

I have a '15, and am planning same tire size with the stock steelies.

How did it go for you? Do you have pics of everything on the truck?

I actually ended up running TRD OR 16" alloys.
