Moving license plate for lower valance light bar.

Hey Taco Bros,

I know there are plenty of threads out on relocating the front license plate, but none are what I am looking for. I want to basically lower the plate just enough so it clears the lower valance. I don't want to drill new holes into the plastic, but want someway to keep it very secure. Any ideas or threads I missed?

That's perfect. So you just made new holes and used the screws from the original plate mount?
