Bilstein 5100s all around, Toyo All Terrain AT II 285/70/17, Custom Car Grill, front windows tinted at 35%, door still protectors, bed Matt, tail gate lettering, center console organizer and detailed with Adam's Polishes products
Chemical Guys sell their mitt and I've always liked their products. I'll agive it a shot since my wife's Murano is in dire need of a detail. I've never washed any vehicles after I clayed it. I've always went on to polish, seal, glaze then wax and the paint always comes out perfect. I'm also using a Porter Cable with the correct pads.

It does not stick up like a bug deflector. All 4 edges attach to the hood with 3m foam tape. It's similar to a paint protection film in that it covers the leading edge of the hood

I have a mictuning*sp. switch that i was gonna put in but ran out of time the other day so I just wired it up with the opt7 switch. But will as soon as I have a little more time. I am also a little intimidated by the wiring. LOL

Can you take some more pics from the side and some close ups of how it lays on the hood?

I asked for 500 and took 400 for a quick sale. Probably could stick it out for 450 or 500 if you're patient.

For you guys installing 265/75-16's or 265/70-17's, are you also buying a matching spare? Fits in the stock location ok?

That's a diameter difference of 1.6 inches from my stock 245/75/16. I'm sure it'll be fine.

    Didn't order one though.

If this really bothers you, don't. Take the money you'd have put into the new ride and buy a $2500 fun truck or jeep and get after it. The old 4-bangers are unbelievably solid and fun to bomb around in. Fix things as you break them and go wild. Hell, go all the way and cut up the cheap vehicle and truggy/buggy it as you fix stuff and just trailer it out in the new Taco. Some of the most fun I've ever had was in my LT cut to hell pick up. Just add desert or dunes. :sawzall::burnrubber::bikewhoops:

My truck is tan so I don't have to worry too much about scratches or even washing it.

Well my off road has the stock spare (265/70/16), I'm sure a slightly bigger tire will fit fine.

On an unrelated note, I'm having separation anxiety issues. I let my brother borrow my taco so he and his family can go up north in the snow. I hope he's rowing her gears like she deserves.
