I am still trying to pick out some rims for my truck. I have bushwacker fenders and they stick out a tad more than my current wheel/tire setup. Any suggestions on rims and or offset I should use?

4.50 bs is nice but if you ever plan on doing things like spindle gussets then you'll want something in the 4.0-4.25 bs range it all depends on what you're plans are... there's an endless sea of wheels and tires to choose from

I run a 17x9 with a -12 offset and 265 70 17 tires. They stick out about one inch passed the stock fenders.

On the stock shocks with a one inch spacer I had to trim the front wheel well plastic. I now have an aftermarket bumper and mid travel setup set to 2.5 inches. No rubbing at all now.

Offset is only part of what you're trying to accomplish

    Use this tool to understand:
    http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

Your current wheel specs are: 16x8 +15 offset

For example: If you get wheels with the same +15 offset but a 9" wheel width, the wheel will "stick out" 1/2" more on the inside and the outside. But the tire will remain in same place in the wheel well.

So make sure you understand your wheel/tire specs, use the tool

So with that knowledge what would you advise?

What's your budget? What design you want (beadlock look, mesh look, simple 5-6 spoke)? What size diameter? What width?

TRD PRO beadlock wheels are 16x7.5 +10 offset (so the tire would come out 5mm more to fender, than yours do now). Since it's a 7.5" wheel width the tire would look the same on the rim with regard to tire "stretch"
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/TOYOTA-4RUN...ash=item4d3c3bd2b7:g:ddQAAOSwu4BVias4&vxp=mtr

Method Race NV wheels are 16x8 +0 offset (so the tire would come out 15mm more to fender, than yours do now)
    http://www.discounttiredirect.com/d...2014&pc=55034&counter=1&wd=16&rw=8&vid=026490

Level 8 MK6 wheels are 16x8 +0 offset (so the tire would come out 15mm more to fender, than yours do now)
    http://www.discounttiredirect.com/d...2014&pc=16138&counter=1&wd=16&rw=8&vid=026490

Level 8 MK6 wheels are 16x8 -10 offset (so the tire would come out 25mm more to fender, than yours do now)
    http://www.discounttiredirect.com/d...2014&pc=16135&counter=1&wd=16&rw=8&vid=026490

All of those work with what you're trying to accomplish. Just depends on how much you want it to be "flush" with your fenders.

budget is not set, but I do not want to have to pay an arm and a leg for them. I am looking at XD grenades right now. black, sticking with 16x8 and these will have a 0 offset. Thoughts? I do not want to have to get wheel spacers if I do not have to.

Specs are good with respect to 16x8 +0. Should work for what you're trying to accomplish.

However those wheels are 27lb ea.
    http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Whee...B&selectedRear=null&wheelFinish=Black+Painted

If you're buying wheels, you shouldn't get heavy ones.

For example... these are 23.5lb ea.
    Level 8 MK6 wheels are 16x8 +0 offset

The less the unsprung weight the better. The variance in those 3.5lbs per ea corner is a lot
