You are looking at a 2003 Toyota Tacoma Limited SR5, TRD, 4x4 truck in Lunar Mist. It is a manual 5 speed with ~175k on the clock and plenty of life left in it. It's not uncommon with basic maintenance that these trucks see 300-400k.
This is the top of the line Tacoma for 2003 with almost every option checked. I'm the second owner, bought it in 2011 with 132k on the dial in Connecticut where it was driven for the beginning of its life. I have the contact information for the original owner and can certainly forward you that information if you decide to buy. This truck is a tank, if you are looking at Tacoma's then you know they are known for their reliability, this one is no exception. I've changed the oil every 4500k, greased the drive shaft and it's given me nothing but good memories.
Here is a list of maintenance items that were preformed since I bought it:
132k, December 2011 items:
-Hawk front brake pads
-stainless steel flexible brake lines (front and rear)
-change front, rear, transfer case and transmission gear oils
-coolant fluid flush with Zerex Asian vehicle coolant (only use this or Toyota specific, NEVER the green stuff).
-Air filter
-fuel filter
-spark plugs and wires
-accessory, water pump and AC belts (Toyota brand)
-flushed the power steering fluid
-flushed the brake and clutch fluid
Recent items (within a year)
-front and rear oxygen sensors
-Cooper AT3 tires (265/75/16's, these are 32" tires vs the stock 31" tires)
-full alignment and balancing
-drive shaft carrier bearing and U-joint
Modifications:
-3" lift, this contains Dakar leafs in the rear and Old man EMU 882 springs and Bilstein shocks in the front. The upper control arms are aftermarket by light racing. No cheap block/body lifts here, this is the real thing.
-during the lift I went through the front and rear suspension and replaced all wearable parts, new ball joints, new tierods (inner and outer), new lower control arm bushings and alignment bolts (if you're looking at a Tacoma where these haven't been replaced get ready to replace them come alignment time, these freeze up and it's a common problem). All these pieces are OEM Toyota parts, no cheap parts here.
-steering column bushings were replaced with tighter poly ones
-4x innovations rock sliders were installed and painted with bedliner for durability
-PIAA offroading lights, these aren't the cheap PIAA ones, these are the high output "driving" ones and cost around 300 bucks. They completely light up the road and you'll see while driving it how nice they are.

It kills me to sell this truck, honestly if I hadn't bought a new car I'd be driving this thing to the end, there is almost no rust on the whole truck which is rare for these trucks. I think $8,500 for this truck is fair, NADA values this Tacoma at $12,700 for clean retail, $9925 clean trade in and $9100 average trade in. . .Come take a look at this clean Tacoma, you'll be happy you did!
