Before......and after...was not a fan of the chrome grilles on an Off-Road truck. Looked like a truck w braces. Lol

Next add will be WeatherTech window guards and vinyl "TACOMA" decals for the rear tailgate. How Toyota cannot get these simple things right from the get-go I'll never understand. First pic is a "Before and After" look...
    IMG_4024.jpg

Also added some 16x7.5 OEM Toyota TRD rims...with BFG All Terrain TKO2 tires. 265/76/16. No lift. Stock suspension. I like how these new 2016 models sit up. Nice and level...

LOL long process? These things just came out and it's guaranteed you didn't even wear down your old tires.

Yeah, traded in the stock tires when I left the dealership. Upgraded tires cost me $300. Not a fan of waiting. Lol

Nope. Just had it painted. About two hours of labor. Used a matte black paint. $50. Done. Lol

None whatsoever...that size of tire is as large as you can go with a stock suspension from what I understand.

cool thanks. I am still debating on OME+5100's that would give +2" and allow 33's, which is only 1.4" larger than what your running. Probably going to keep stock and run a similar setup to what you have.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of changing a stock suspension. For many reasons. Mostly, because I just prefer to keep things simple. Many people ask if mine is "lifted". I think the wheels give it a beefier look / appearance. Save you some money...

when you bought the upgraded wheels/tires...did the dealer buy/trade the OEM wheel/tire setup? I asked the dealer that has my tacoma on order and got nowhere- need to sell them myself. I would really not want to bother will having to sell the wheels/tires myself. thanks!!

Nice job looks good. I have a sport LB and going to go with SCS SR8 8.5 x 17 bead lock wheels. Did the 275/75 tires fit ok without any issues? Also are they more quiet or loud at highway speeds? Thanks

My dealer wouldn't do it either...I traded in the tires at a local tire shop and paid $300 difference. The rims I ordered off of EBay. I sold the old rims on Craigslist. Kind of a pain, but worth it, as the upgraded tires and rims cost about $400 when it was all said n done.

Thanks...I put on 265/75/16s. That's as high as you can go w a stock suspension and I am not a fan of lift kits.

I plan on doing the same with mine... Did you have to trim at all? Confirming no leveling kit and it sits level with stock suspension?

Is there any height difference to where the speedo is inaccurate? I think I may go the 265/75-17s I like the look and am not a fan of lift kits either. The 2016s dont come with mudflaps so I will be ok.

265/75/16 is the biggest tire size you can go on any Tacoma without lifts.
