I have a 2008 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 with a 3" Rough Country suspension lift. How do I get my truck level? Rear end sets up higher.

Top spacers will be circular pieces made out of aluminum that sit between the shock/strut and the bucket. Blocks will sit between the leafs and axle.

I'd say go with a full upgrade @CaptainMorgan. Do dakars and aal in the rear. Upfront it usually settles because it's heavier. Mine sits lower in the front as well.

I have supreme suspension 3" front 1"rear. I have the vibrations as well. It helped mine a lot after i went back and took the diff drop back off. From everything I have read they don't help 2ND gens anyways

No not completely. And no I didn't get sway bar brackets but that is not causing your vibs. It's much much better without the diff drop tho
