I have a 2013 Tacoma 4 x 2 that I would like to increase the size of tires as the factory ones are just about gone. I believe i have 15"x7" rims/wheels with P215/70-R15 tires. Is it possible and sensible to install 265/70R15 tires on this 2WD with 15" x 7" Rim ??

I would bet 265s will rub. You will have to remove your black boxes if you want to go bigger as well. You can run up to 30inch or so with no lift, but on the stock wheels that might rub. Take a look at the 5 lug section for the wheel and tire combos people are running. (I assume you have a 5 lug from the 15 inch size)

Also at the bottom of the site there is a tire size calculator to compare sizes and look up speedometer changes.

Yep, small rim . . 5 lug. Have already been looking at the tire size calculator and speed odometer changes. How do I get to the 5 lug section . . do a search? I'm new on here as if you can't already tell :)
