    Can anyone tell me why the manual transmission is available with the TRD off road crew cab, but not with the TRD off road access cab??
    I was looking forward to a new truck with that option.

    It's the same reason why in Canada you can't get a TRD OR Crew Cab with the manual, but you can get a manual TRD OR Access cab..... it's Toyota reminding their customers who's in charge and that you should be thankful they offer a manual with anything at all.
