What is this sound?!?

    So this is the second time I've noticed this. A night or so ago my wife walked out in the garage and heard the sound and we thought it was coming from her car. Today I just walked out to grab something out of the garage and once again it was there but this time only my truck was in the garage. I noticed it sounds like it's coming from the rear underneath the bed possibly the fuel tank or somewhere near the rear axle. Honestly more like the right rear than the left rear where the fuel tank is but I can't think of what else it'd be.

    Just want to make sure it's supposed to be doing whatever it is.
