    i guess going to try the coat hanger method?????
    because seems theres no other way to do without rippin apart the dash

    It really only takes about an hour to take it apart, probably less if you have a buddy.

    used a glow stick stuck it in the switch hole. came out the other side by gas pedal.
    worked great

    Do you know if you would be able to access the radio from down below? I'm hoping to put my USB port down in the cigarette lighter spot

    i put mine down by the blank switch and had no problem.
    what do you want to access the radio for?

    ooo yeah. you mighhhht be able to. search around on here. there are multiple threads as i've read a bunchhh of them.
    people have done it and took the radio out and the hvac and few other panels i believe.

    Yeah I had to completely remove the interior to access that panel. Nice job Toyota. Only to find out the plus is too small for those outlets so instilled a hold in the front cubby and put the plug there
