    Hello and Happy New Year....

New to this forum and have just purchased a 2014 Tacoma access cab with a factory bed extender installed. I would like to add the Extang Solid Fold cover but concerned that the extender will interfere with the operation of the rear cover clamps.

I've tried to use due diligence in searching the forums but could not find this particular issue addressed. It looks they should work together, but I can also envision myself smacking my wrist on the bars of the extender each time I try to lock the clamps. Can anyone offer any first hand experience?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.....

They will not work. The bed rail clamps are too tall. Look at the Fold-A Cover Elite. I have one, I like it. The bed rail lockdowns work on the Elite.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll take a look.
