    Just an FYI for guys having issues with the OEM tonneau. Mine had a gap near the tailgate and was sloppy as well. Had a long conversation today with a tech, and the tonneau came up. He said the latches are two stages. You have to push down directly over the top of the latch to engage the second stage, which holds it down snugly. Huge difference between the two locking positions. I was cursing the POS but now it's 100 percent better.

    Yes learned this today. It fits flat and tight but you have to engage the second stage. You either have to really push down on it or I have found just let it drop from the full open position and it closes up nicely.
