Hey check behind the A/C control, I bet someone didn't hook a harness up. And I know I unhooked the A/C controller harness when I installed my radio. Especially since you said it was $50 to install.

If your cheap like me you could check in whatever places they installed your equipment for half-assed work. That may be your problem solver if the technician can't figure out what's wrong with it

Well that's nice to know. It makes sense to me that they didn't check anything but they told me a full inspection was done. I had a bad cowl by my wipers that was not sealed good to the window on the passager side and was leaking into my AC blower and floor mats...also I get Vibrating when braking and a noisey clicking sound coming from the AC blower. Besides all that crap I love the truck haha.

I spoke with the used sales manager and he replaced the cowl and fixed the leak for free. Sucks that I had to find out the hard way going through a car wash and flooding my car and Hvac unit

I bet the leak wrecked the blower... I had a leak from the cowling once too.. it happened after a botched windshield replacement. there's a pin on each side of the cowling that goes into the top of each fender. If these aren't there (never replaced the pins after windshield replacement in my case), it will leak. water comes through the blower and onto the passenger floor. I was able to save my fan, but I could see how this could easily destroy the fan if not attended to right away.
The fan is a plug in 3 bolt replacement. Take the fan out and test it. i bet the fan is toast.
What type of warranty did you get? Is it still covered? They may replace the fan for nothing since you have documentation of cowl leak through fan.

They said the fan sounds normal, even know it's making that clicking sound. I'm sure they won't fix it until it's dead. I'm sure that water did some damage. Who knows how long it's been leaking. I just got the truck like 3 weeks ago

My fan used to click and was annoying as hell. I took out the fan motor and blew it out, greased the bearing end, and re seated the brushes. It was very easy and quick to do. It's been three years now with NO problems at all.

Well that's good news. I will check it out and maybe do the same steps and see if that fixes the issue

the shutter... thats the "Tacoma shake", no matter what you do, if you get it to go away, it will be temporary. over the years i have tried several things, even changing the brakes and at best i got the shutter to become less for a few weeks, then its back again. i am thinking of identifying and changing every bushing in the front i can find as my next maintenance project in the hopes of stopping some of the creaks when the front wheels are turned all the way, or when flexing and any body roll, but not expecting it to kill the shutter. it may help the shutter too but i seriously doubt it. who knows, stranger things have happened. but the shutter is just like the "Tacoma Tick" , the "Tacoma lean" and the "Tacoma lurch" (axle wrap) at a stop light. it's just one of those things that give Tacoma's their character, lol! the fan noise... i would bet dollars to donuts it is just like previous posters stated, there is trash in the fan behind the glove box. as far as the radio install, if the A/C controls work and the fan turns, i really don't think that had anything to do with it man.

Wait... You have a 36000 mile warranty on a truck you bought 3 weeks ago from a Toyota dealer and they want to charge you to do a road test to investigate an issue? Nooooo.. That would absolutely not fly with me. You need to demand they look at issues on a vehicle you just bought 3 weeks ago.
If The brake fluid is contaminated they should change that to no charge
