    Anybody have a wiring diagram for a factory head unit on the 2016? Just need to find out colors for the speaker wires.

    On models with amplifier, the speaker wires are green - lt. green (woofer); yellow - red (tweeter) at the amplifier on passenger side rear cabin wall, white 12 pin plug, pins 2 - 1; black 10 pin plug, pins 8 - 7.
    Right Front Speaker (+/-) lavender/red - lavender/green +,- radio, white 10 pin plug, pins 1 - 5
    On models with amplifier, the speaker wires are gray - blue (woofer); pink - purple (tweeter) at the amplifier on passenger side rear cabin wall, white 12 pin plug, pins 9 - 3; black 10 pin plug, pins 2 - 6.
    Left Rear Speaker (+/-) white - black +,- radio, blue 6 pin plug, pins 2 - 6
    On models with amplifier, the speaker wires are white - black at the amplifier on passenger side rear cabin wall, black 10 pin plug, pins 3 - 9.
    Right Rear Speaker (+/-) blue - lt. green +,- radio, blue 6 pin plug, pins 1 - 3
    On models with amplifier, the speaker wires are lavender/blue - lavender/lt. green at the amplifier on passenger side rear cabin wall, black 10 pin plug, pins 10 - 4.

    so the jbl system is more than just the jbl speaker upgrade.

    Yea should be. The JBL premium system has the amplifier in the truck. Without the premium sounds I think you'd just be getting the upgraded co-axle speakers that are JBL
