Which tires on my 2.7?

I am stuck between the cooper s/t maxx and the cooper stt pro in a 235/85/16 for my 4cyl
s/t maxx is an all terrain that weighs 45 pounds per tire in the e rated 159
stt pro is an mud terrain that weighs 49.10 per tire in the e rated 184
Is there going to be huge performance differences offroad and will the stt pro make a huge difference in acceleration onroad?

 

So those are like a 31ish inch tire... the difference won't be huge. I didn't notice any difference in performance till I started adding armour

For me, there would be no question between those 2...Stt Pro is what I'd get.
