Kind of hard to tell without knowing what else you've had done or need....
I marked that momentous occasion on my truck with an oil change, a fluff & buff and a new air freshener.
That has brought me another 70K miles down the road ! :burnrubber: Drive that thing !

Nice! I was thinking plugs and fuel filter, considering trans flush too. It shakes just a little when Im going 60mph and stops at 70mph so I was going to look at the U-Joints and check the carrier bearing on the drive shaft.

fuel filter is in tank (sock) unless u have gone with the urd setup........ id also dump the radiator, check ur belts, wut about plugs? Clean maf, throttle body, and lube the muffler bearing.

Definitely upgrade the fuel pump, so you can change out the fuel filter and be able to continually be able to service the filter. Since it will be external.

    I second what Justus sez.

100k should just be oil/filter. It shouldn't need anything special if you've been following the inspection and maintenance requirements properly.
Big services are usually required on the 3's.. 30k, 60k, 90k, etc.... I agree that 100K is a good time to do a thorough inspection.
