I know this is odd, but if someone could call me and explain this to me I'd really appreciate it.

My headliner is dirty and I don't know how to clean it without ruining it.this is after cleaning about 6 inches of my headliner. But it's not pulling everything. I can still see black dots everywhere

I'm no expert but I think a good steam cleaning would be your best bet. Call some local detail shops & see if they offer interior steam cleaning.
