I had these tires for about a year on my Tacoma. decent tire. P rated at that size. pretty soft. i never had a problem. i think that piece would have punctured nearly anything.

I'm sure a tire would stay on with it being that flat

My dealer made me buy some tire protection package that covers all tires and wheels for 2 years for 395 I still think its a bunch of shit, but I guess if that happens I will be good

You sir had the blade carriage out of a box knife in your tire. I say that because I am looking at the one in my Stanley box knife as I am typing this waiting for the warehouse guy to bring me another blade.

Did any of yall get the dealer tire/rim warranty? Or is that not something that every dealer offers? Protects tire (no matter what) and rims, no questions asked. Pick up a nail, tire is replaced, ding the rim, rim is replaced. Even aftermarket tires/rims (which was shocking).

Quit running Goodyear tires when they quit making the old MT/R. The good years will be coming off of mine before I take delivery in exchange for a set or E rated K02 BFG. Your gonna say "Why E rated? They are heavy and ride bad." Because I want them and it is a truck it is not supposed to ride like a luxury car. Not to mention they will out last the C rated tires by quite a few thousand miles in my experience. Just rolled 62000 on my E rated BFG KO tires on my 7800lb (heavy flat bed with welder and tools on board) 1 ton single wheel 4x4 Dodge and are still checking good according to Discount tire probably have another 5k in them at least.
Kevlar in a multi layer setup is bullet proof but you can take the exact same ballistic strike zone of a bulletproof vest and push a knife point to the hilt right through it. Don't believe it look it up you know how to use google I'm sure. That being said I don't find it a miracle material for tire construction. Steel wire rope and nylon belting is just fine IMHO and have never had an issue with it.

Kevlar slows the bullet, its the ceramic plate that stops the bullet! That said I think it did a good job stopping that ninja star.

All OEM Tires suck, even the Raptor has crappy tires. I'm trying to sell my goodyears so I can buy a different summer set.

Like I said below, I got something like that too, it was $500 but it was total coverage tire/rims for 8yrs/100k miles and maybe even beyond, if I get a nail in a tire, replaced, I ding a rim, replaced, no questions asked. Also covers non-OEM equip.

Ballistic rated soft armor has no hard strike plate but will stop designed projectile and below.
