? How to reshape ear buds?

I have tiny ear holes. All buds have trouble staying in zept one pair that idk what kind they are.. They are slightly oval and fit nice.. I can't find anything like these. I have a pair of LG Bluetooth that I want to reshape..
Anyone know how to do this? Thx

I linked you to a more appropriate forum in which to ask a question regarding IEM's. This is a truck audio forum, and we don't normally drive around with stuff stuck in our ears.
