ok. I do know that they are appealing it to the higher ups for "after warranty assistance" AWA. I feel like making me pay for labor is the least they can do. They wrecked my truck during my first scheduled maintenance (hit a pole in the parking lot) and then lied to me about it saying there was a recall on my fender. I found out and was super cool about it. I could have gone nutzo! I feel like they owe me on this.

I finally got this done yesterday. Long story, ordered/received wrong parts etc. They said it would be covered under goodwill and Toyota would like me to participate financially. I had already paid $100 diagnostic fee on my first visit. They said that would count as my participation. So after everything is said and done I am out $100.
The new pump is quieter than the old one.
