Hi I just recently bought 2015 Tacoma Sport. While driving on windy days I notice that my upper driver side door sill produces a loud hum. I found that I can make it go away by turning on my vent to max to put positive pressure from the inside and the hum goes way. Depending on the direction the wind is coming from my Passenger side will hum as well.
