I followed URD directions exactly with no problem. I boiled a small pot of water, removed it from stovetop and instantly dropped in pulley and after one minute removed it and instantly installed it.

When you get it on, make sure you let us know what the gains are! I'm curious about this mod.

i figured it out not long after i posted this thread i just ended up putting the pulley in the oven on max for like 15-20 min and i started to get it on and it was going good until the pulley started spinning while i was turning and the pulley cooled off by then half way on the snout fml and its because that smaller threaded stud that you put in the main bolt kept unthreading itself so i tightened that tool against the snout a little more and even cold the pulley went on alright once i had someone hold the pulley with a rubber strap wrench and pressed it on until it was even with the snout, also when removing the old one with a gear puller while your hitting it with the gun you need to tap on the pulley with a hammer a bit at the same time to get it to come off and dont worry about ruining it because the gear puller will bend it anyway, and as far as what i feel out of it i def feel a difference its not like a ridiculous huge power gain and stuff but the whine is a little more high pitched kuz its spinnging little faster and all around it does wake up the s/c makes it i also ordered some neon orange nail polish so i can put that dot back on the snout so it looks like factory lol
