So starts the journey

Finally decided on purchasing a Tacoma. Will be test driving one this weekend. Won't be purchasing until this fall as I'm paying off two student loans first, but then I'll be picking one up. Currently in NC, so I'm looking forward to hitting the trails around here. Right now starts the research on lift, rims, and tires. Also have a few other mods in mind too. It'll be fun having a cat payment again....yeah....just keep telling yourself that haha.

Thanks, already been browsing quite a bit. Looking at a brand new 3rd Gen. At first I wasn't too keen on the new body style, but its really grown on me. This will be my first new vehicle, so I'm pretty excited.

 

When I saw pictures at first I thought they looked awful but after seeing one in person I decided they look damn nice. What color/package are you looking at? TONS of info in the 3rd gen section btw.

 

DC, TRD Off Road 4x4, in Quicksand with the Premium and Tech Package. It was a dilemma because I like leather and have it in my current car, but I'm not sure I want to move up to the Limited and as long as I have heated seated, I'm good. Also think I'll add on the projector fog lights and LED DRL, but I want to see if that's something I can do on my own. I have yet to find a local dealer that has the exact specifications I want in stock, but I have a little while until I'll be ready to buy, so it's not a big deal.
