2003 Toyota Tacoma 4 x4 lifted

Many things I want to and need to do with my truck. I'm in the process of looking for a repair manual for the truck. Need part numbers and discription of items. Replacement bulbs for knobs on dash showing fan, temp and direction. Need replacement weather stripping that goes on truck inside of doors.(part# ?), new seat belt chest harness, new bench seat or replace with bucket seats.bWould like to install my own security system. Is it hard? I'm mechanically inclined. Put stereo in car with separate tweeters. Need new tires. New bumper. Need work done on front end concerning parts for using 4 wheel drive.... Any assistance, info or guidance would be very much appreciated.
