Hi I have a 2012 toyota corolla le 25k miles on it. Is it safe to use synthetic blend oil instead of full synthetic oil? I only drive about 5000 miles/ year. Dont want to spend $60 for an oil change thanx

It's even ok to switch to full synthetic like Mobile 1.

You should be fine.... I have a civic that has close to 400k miles and have always used valvoline synthetic blend for high mileage with out issues. Car runs like new....

One can never have too many light bars.
Yes and using an extended mileage formula that lasts 15K wouldn't be a bad idea either. While you don't drive enough to justify many oil changes; conventional and synthetic oil designed for 5,000mi should be changed every 6 months. The 15K extended mileage stuff is meant to last over a year.
