I mounted a $100 Amazon 32" light bar ( flood/spot combo) behind grill and got some matching $20 pods for the rear. They are floods and plenty bright. Used a factory mounting point to mount, so no drilling, etc. if I knock one off while wheeling, I'll just get another.

I like the look of the classic off-road loghts, so I plan to mount a couple of Hella spots in front of the main grill. Just need to decide where and how. Lights are waiting on my work bench. image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Do the rears mount to anything metal? And I would bust those off in one trip

Yes, it is metal. See the black hex bolt in the photo? there is another one just forward of that one. You can't see it because the light bracket is in the way. Unless you hit it on something, it isn't budging.
Backing-up in heavy grass/brush is my only concern. If you hit it on a rock, you would hit the spare too. Unless you hit it backing up. But you would miss your bumper by an inch, so i doubt i would ever purposely get that close anyway. Again. $20 for two... Excellent value. They are cast Aluminum too, not plastic. Lots of options on Amazon.

If i wasn't such a sucker for symmetry, i'd keep one where it is, and mount the other on a raised bracket, coming off of the front bed rail. Then aim at 45 degrees down into my bed and tailgate area for working at night.

I guess i could just spend $20 and get two more and keep one as spare!

I had the same problem. The black Bezel chipped all to hell. I used plastic primer and sanded the "chrome" before applying it. I just masked it off on the truck and sprayed 6 coats of dip on it. So far it has been much better than the rattle can.

Did this thread die or what?

I need to find out if Rough Country will sell the 2016 mounts separate. I have the bar, I just want the mounts. I like the way they attach.

So after reading this thread twice, I still need some clarification... I am going to be mounting behind the grill, with NO cutting! So do I get single or double? 30,31, or 32?
    Thinking about this one...
    https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/262003628541
But can I fit a 32? Or should I be safe and go with 30? Is 150w enough? Or should I go with the 330w?

Also, how are you getting the wires into the cabbin for the switch?
