Download TestFlight from the App Store. Email ultra gauge and they will send you an invite to download the ultra gauge app. The app is in the beta stage so there's updates monthly for the app. They are still refining the interface and gauges.

I would really like to see a version that connects to my double DIN stereo and use the display touch screen for gauges. You would be able to toggle from stereo to gauges, much like from stereo to backup camera. My head unit has 2 video inputs and I think most modern double DINs do as well. THAT would be pretty cool.

    Thanks.

Also, I was initially trying to get the app via my Mac. Later learned that I needed to access the ultra gauge website via my iPhone and once I did then the links needed displayed.

Does your double DIN stereo support Bluetooth? If so, it should work.

Yeah I was looking for it to and couldn't find it... Did you have any luck?

The blue looks legit, I'm thinking about doing the iPad in dash idea, would be cool to have the blue for that.

I did. The trick for me was to access the link via my iPhone. The web address is on the box. It downloads a developer software and then the Ultragauge app. Let me know if you still need the web link.

So what does this do for $80 that the $5 Torque Pro app and a $4 OBD2 bluetooth adpater won't do?

I haven't used it to compare. But if it does the basics fuel economy and check engine code check, then the cheaper route would be enough for most.

I like having the display and being able to use my phone for other things..

Why I intend to go with ultraguage.. Even if it's more expensive.

I have at least 2 phones I don't use for anything... And a nexus 7...
Would the torque pro play nice with ultragauge blue?

I don't use it all the time. But when I do, I've never had a problem with it. As long as my phone's bluetooth is turned on, it connects.

It appears you were in on the TW group buy.

UltraGauge has a one year warranty:

I ordered a cheap OBD from Amazon rec'd and installed the next day.. Works well sets up easy enough after I understood how to work torque pro... My 01 ecm doesn't have as many sensors for all the widgets on TP..
Really good deal for like 15$....
My biggest problem is mount layout for my devices.
I would like to find a mount to fit in my ashtray.

Thread revival! I just received my Ultragauge Blue over the weekend. Paired it up to my spare iPhone no problem. Got some of the 'custom' gauges set up. Now trying to just figure out which gauges i want to view the most. Haven't really had a chance to play around with it but looks like it can do a lot!
