Having a hard time finding the correct backspacing on the TRD Beadlock wheels that come on the Pros and Bajas.

Some say 4.5" and others say 4.75".

I used this calculator and came up with 4.14", however I'm not sure if that's correct. The dimensions on the wheels are 16x7.5" 10mm offset .

I'm about to purchase a set and want to make sure they're are going to fit first.
I am currently running, and would like to keep the same tires, 285/75/16 tires on a 16x8 -12mm offset with a 3" lift, no rubbing while doing normal street driving.

    Thanks in advance.

I know this isn't the most recent thread but I am wondering the same thing.

I have a new set of TRD beadlocks that I will be buying tires for in the next week. I have a 2.5 - 3" lift with LR UCAs. I also have a front plate bumper and will have 3* of caster. I am considering whether I can get away with 285s or if I really should stay with 265s. I want the 285s but I won't do the CMC.

It seems that half the time people say they have no problem and the other half of the time people say they do... I'm not sure how it can be both ways...

How much backspacing do the TRD beadlocks really have? Will 285s be too much for them?

I have searched and read for days and can't find consensus.

Yet many say that they have no rubbing at all. I have no idea which is true... I have no reason to believe either is fabricated but, I wonder, how can these trucks be so different with similar set ups?
