intermittent wiper mod, etc

Just installed the "new to me" wiper arm, works as advertised. I was surprised how hard you had to pull on the old one to get it out. I actually returned to the post to ensure I did not miss a hidden catch (I was afraid I was gonna break something). After ensuring I was undoing all the connections, I pulled harder on it and out it came. Popped the new one in and all is good.
I also just got some 16 inch Rav4 wheels and put new tires on it, 215/70/16 mud and snows. Notably better ride and handling, and did not notice a big power loss. Sits just barely higher.
