Last night driving home for work I was stopped for 20 minutes because of an accident. When I went to proceed my left rear hub was locked. I didn't have the ebrake on but I tried to fiddle with it anyways. Nothing! Tried to take out of 4 wheel on and off. Nothing still locked. Then I tried 4 wheel low, it let out a big clunk and away it went. This is the 3 rd time this has happened for no apparent reason. I've read other threads about this and it doesn't seem like anyone has figured it out. I had the shaft seals done 4 months ago. Anyone have a solution before I go to a garage. Definitely don't trust the Woodstock Ontario dealer.

I would pull the brake drum off and look for something amiss.

Sounds like frozen sticking parking brake cable(s).
