WTT: chrome fog bezel for black fog bezel

I have the chrome fog bezels and would like to trade for black ones.

 

Got some to trade. PM sent

 

If the trade doesn't work out with Mannys, I have the black bezels on mine. I'd be willing to trade for the chrome.

 

Manny already shipped them, sorry man. A lot of people getting rid of chrome though so shouldn't be too hard to find others willing to trade.

FYI, it appears that the black fog light covers are a different mold than the limited covers and won't be able to be swapped. I've attached pictures of the difference.

 

Tnjyoung I see that some models have the same mold as the limiteds. Can you take an up close picture of your fog lights. They might still work for a trade. See below pictures for the two different styles:

 

Pics sent in pm. The bezels i sent are identical to the blue sport truck pic in your post. Here is a pic of the limited bezel on my sport truck.

Yeah, the bezels on the blue sport are shaped differently and don't fit on the limited. The plastic tabs on the inside portion don't connect properly.

 

Were you able to swap out the chrome fog light bezel and if so which version fits the limited or what are the part numbers. Thank you

 

No, unfortunately not. When I tried to pull off the black SR5 bezel, only 4/5 clips released. I was afraid I would damage the lower bumper or the bezel itself, so I stopped trying to removed it and snapped it back in place.

 

Do the sr5 parts fit?

 

There appears to be two different shapes of bezels. I "think" the limited, chrome, would interchange with the black SR5 bezels. But I'm not 100% certain.

 

If the bezel does not pull off, you can push out the the hung clip from under he hood or underneath the bumper.

 

sr5 and limited should work together as they dont have the wide angle fog lights
