What's a fair price on dbl cab 2wd sport w/jbl

i'm trying to see what others think is a good deal on a 16 TRD dbl cab sport, 2 wd, with jbl, tonneau, tow, 4pc carpet, predator steps. MSRP $36,894.00 that includes frt. no tax. JBL is hard to come by from GS Toyota. I had a dealer that found one but they wouldn't give me a price until i commited. I have a 09 dbl cab trd sport,v6, w/tow, Auto, chrome side steps, white, with 44,600 original miles, all service done by a Toyota Dealer, it's all documented, overall condition is great, almost excellent, one minor scratch on front bumper & one owner. i was offered 18500 if i bought a 16, kbb shows $18995 to $20756. I thought JBL was only offered in the 4WD option?

 

Nope....offered in the TRD and Limited trims regardless.
