Stuck Oil Filter on 4.0L...Godzilla works for Toyota!

    It come out of the box dry. You have to lube it before installation.

    may be mentioned already, but ive heard rumors the gaskets are not lubed at the factory

    I meant factory installation. For the record I work at Subaru,and we manufacture the Camry as well. Every once in awhile someone will get on the intercom and play a recording of Godzillas roar,it's hilarious!

    I find the oil change routine on the 4.0 truly easy. Good placement of filter, little drain hole for overflow. Easy access drain plug with stock skid plates on. I like changing the oil on this truck more than any other vehicle I've owned. Proper filter tool for removal of first filter from factory helps.
