Looking a solution to fix this hole on my 05 floor carpet. Found this on eBay.

What recommendations can you give me?.

Finally, I fix The hole and cover everything with a rubber DIY carpet

New carpet, which you already linked to.

Or you can get the All Weather flooring, but it's 3x the price.

Weathertech floor liners will cover that easier and cheaper than carpet or all weather flooring. Or Husky liners. No heel hole will grow in those either, just a clean spot. They won't move around to ruin the rest of the carpet like looks like has happened in your pic...or either you went with nothing at all too long.

It's $10 more to buy the carpet he listed on eBay and use his existing mats than it is to buy Weathertech's or Husky's and still have torn up, 11 year old carpet.

I've not seen a complaint about that flooring yet.

You may be able to find it a little cheaper also, so shop around.

If you've got the ability to tear apart the interior on your own, i'd say get that carpet from eBay. Looks like it has the vinyl pad where the hole is in yours so that shouldn't happen in the future. Then use your floormats on it and you're good to go.

I dunno how far he wanted to go with it. That's why I said "easier" and there are used WT's that are less than full price. If I was going tear apart the whole cab I'd just spend the extra for the all weather flooring myself but I was just throwing out options. Not my decision to make.

Although, technically, OP did say "fix the hole" & covering the problem is not fixing it.

That... under the driver's mat? Throw a set of weathertech's over it and call it good.
