New gear ratios

    I got a 99 Tacoma, 4cyl automatic. The door code reads 4.10 gears and I'm running 31s. Considering doing gears cause I'll be in the rear end but not sure if I should go up to 4.56 or 4.88. May eventually run a 32" tire

    go to the gear ratio calculator. And if you wheel I'd make sure you over a tad overgeared from stock

    are you positive you have 4.10s? My 99 2.7L auto came with 4.56s. If it came stock with 31s there is a good chance you already have 4.56s.
