    Black pepper. You can find it anywhere, add it to almost anything and it can pop, if you need it too.

    Really more like a "desert island" spice.

    I'm counting salt as a mineral, not a spice.

    The Baby Ray's is the ultimate capper. But the spice alone on chicken breasts. Then grilled is just as good. We usually go pretty heavy on it. Eat it at least once a week.
