New member currently in FL

I currently do not own a Tacoma but I have been considering it for some time and I have been on this site for just as long. I am currently living in Jacksonville, FL but I am due to transfer (active duty military) this summer. I've been waiting to see where I get stationed before I pull the trigger and buy a Tacoma. I also have the pesky task of selling my car and not losing my shirt in the process. I'm originally from Utah and so I'm only interested in 4X4 Tacomas.

I have been looking at a 2013 TRD Off Road double cab at a local dealer and I wanted your input on what would be a good price. What do you think is a good price for this truck considering it has a minor accident reported on its CarFax and it has two owners assuming everything checks out? Do you think I should skip it all together since it does have a minor accident reported?

The good thing about Tacomas is their resale value but it doesn't help me out as a buyer. At the price listed for the truck above, if that's a fair price I am almost just considering spending a few more grand and buying new. Anyways I digress. Any thoughts are appreciated.
