I can take a daylight picture from the front later but it is a Rigid 20" E series combo hybrid. I used the supplied brackets which gave me about 1/4" gap between the light and grill.

Here's my behind the grill LED lightbar install. Hope it helps the ones that have not tackled this. Pulling the grill was the easiest part. Used the aluminum cross tube to mount 1 1/2" aluminum angle (From Home Depot/Lowes) and mounted with two 5/16" bolts, washers, lock washers, and removable lock-tite. Drilling and tapping the tube was easy with a righthand drill. I recommend a short drill bit.IMG_5775 2.jpg IMG_5780 2.jpg IMG_5783.jpgIMG_5808.jpgIMG_5784 2.jpg IMG_5785 2.jpg IMG_5786 2.jpg IMG_5796.jpg IMG_5804.jpg IMG_5805.jpg IMG_5818.jpg IMG_5819.jpg

Well I at least have a dash mounted switch until I find one that will fit into the opening where this blank is. I drilled the blank to fit the round switch that came with the lights. Not much room to make a mistake or to lose the integrity of the blank and maintain retainers top and bottom. For now I am set but surely not satisfied this is a final fix.

I just mounted a 32" behind my grill. Just a little advice, instead of drilling and tapping, I used some larger sized ( #14??) hex-head self-tapping screws (essentially a bolt). I think they were 1" long. With an electric screw driver and socket bit, it punched right through the aluminum like butter and holds just as strong as tapping.
I started to drill/tap, but then ran to Home Depot to get the self-tappers. Glad I did, WAY easier.

Wanted to share some pics of my mounts with anyone who wants one! I posted one pic above earlier. I am taking orders and have a few left at my special pre-order pricing. I make both Stealth and Flush styles. Everything is laser cut, powder coated and ready to bolt on. They also offer a design like no others that includes welded gusseting and 3/16" thick construction to avoid the vibration others experience. No drilling into your crash bar, no self tapping screws or anything like that. These are 100% bolt on, but do require you to trim your plastic air dam a little bit. Please let me know if you have any questions at all and if you want one, please check out my website apexfabworks.com
