Flowmaster exhaust

Before the trolls start, I don't care if I lose a tiny bit of hp, or .2 mpg. I'm a red neck and like loud machines so that's why I put these Flowmasters on. It's my truck and I can do whatever the heck I want with it. I'm posting this here for others that share my same view. Those are 10 series Flowmasters and as you can see from the pics, I've got true dual exhaust now. Here's a link for a sound clip. The quality of the video doesn't do it much justice though. I think it sounds way better in person. Also sounds pretty good from sitting in the cab

I only say this cuz with lt, urd y, and mk2 exhaust the truck was shit to drive and I immediately bought the blower. I cant see this new engine be THAT differant.

To each their own but I don't like the sound of it. I just don't think a v6 can sound good to me. In person might be different. If you like it it's all good.

 

Some dude drives by the projects everyday at least twice a day. He has a 4 popper of some sort that sounds like a mad @ss bumble bee. You can hear him coming 6 blocks away.

 

What does a blower do? I can't really tell any difference in power. If I've lost any it might be a wash with the weight I've dropped by removing the factory muffler. That thing was huge, and heavy!

I like the sound. What exhaust system is that? On flow masters website it doesn't list an exhaust system for the 2016 Tacoma.

 

Flowmaster 10 series. I have one on mine to, but not nearly as loud because theres only 1 instead of 2. haha

Trying to stay on topic...I like the sound, a little, but I am not sure it is for me. Sounds cool, no doubt. If only the mufflers made it sound like a Mustang GT 5.0 (with Flowmasters)-Still one of my favorite rumbles.

Pretty sure he means supercharger when he says blower.

Is it just the pictures or does the Flowmaster look like it's covered in booger welds?

 

I don't know about the welds but I wonder what the tech thought when he finished and backed away and realized it was upsidedown
