I'm new to this site - thanks for any help on this issue. I've had my Taco 2009 4 cyl 2.7 liter manual 2WD for a couple years and I love it. However, recently every time I press the brakes without the headlights on every light on the dash gets brighter for the time I press the brake. Recently, my left blinker light on the dash (not the light itself) went permanently on. I'm thinking this might be a grounding wire issue? Not sure if there are how to videos on the site that might help me. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for looking Lester, I appreciate that. The problem the Passat owner described is exactly what I am seeing. I changed a headlight bulb last summer, maybe it's come loose. It's 5 degrees now so will check it out once it warms up in next couple days.

It has nothing to do with the headlight circuit.... It is about having a single filament bulb in the tail / brake light socket which should be a double filament bulb.
