I have a 2012 double cab, I have a small issue. Is it just me,or does the 2012 model not have an indicator light to show low WWF. I don't know if it's not working or not their at all. It just seems weird that 2012 model wouldn't have a light and I had an 1989 toyota that had an indicator light.

    Can anyone help me?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Guess you're gonna have to pop the hood and look at the level; just like they did back in 1969.

So I guess that means you don't know or is that your way of saying it doesn't exist on my model?

They made the washer fluid reservoir clear so you can see how much is left in there. Why add on extra cost for an electronic indicator when a visual check is free?

it's a pretty massive fluid reservoir...I use mine regularly and only time I have to refill it is during oil changes, even then it has quite a bit left. an indicator seems almost pointless IMO.

Reading Owner's manual is optional. When you first switch your key on all the potential warning indicators should light up as a self check feature.

I have a 2007 that I've owned since new ( 9 years) and I've never seen a light or ever took notice to one.

I can't say that I've ever come close to running out of fluid....

Not surprising that they wouldn't have one. For God Sake....the 16 Tacomas don't even have power seats!!

I appreciate the modern feature of warning lights. I use them to let me know when I should consider doing some maintenance on my vehicle. Much easier this way than the early days when you just replaced stuff on a regular basis for the hell of it, or actually had to figure out how the bonnet opened. These modern things are almost like maintenance free. After all, isn't that what the warranty is for, and when it runs out, you just drop it off and get another one?

    Ha!

You said Bonnet. Around these parts that would be a Hood.

Add one in yourself, as I suggested above.
