2005 Rusted Frame - Just Purchased

I am new to this forum. Just purchased a 2005 Tacoma 4x4 sport. The frame is rusted up pretty bad. I live in Georgia and the truck came from Virginia. Before purchasing, I called my local dealer to see if they would replace the frame because it's pretty bad. He said that Georgia is not one of the states listed on the campaign but he has replaced several. He advised that he couldn't guarantee that they would because we are in Georgia but felt that he was 99% certain that he could get it approved. Anyone else have experience outside of the 20 cold weather states?
