    I want a 4" lift and would prefer a suspension but I'm open to almost anything and I don't want to spend a ton of money ,anybody have some recommendations ?

    It's really based on your price range but there's a ton of information on this forum. The most common is 3inches and 6 inches but you do a 4 inch.

    It looks like you have a PreRunner so check out Maxtrac Suspension. Their 4 inch spindles are a breeze to install in the front, not sure if they sell the lift for the back or not. 3 inch blocks can't be that hard to find
