squeaky noise in the front axel

3 inch lift. 32 inch general tires. Bed liner coating. Sounds.

is there a way to grease the front axel without taking off the entire tire? i did a bounce test and greased up the rear suspension and that noise is gone, but overtime i turn the wheel it squeaks and I'm assuming its the front axel. can anybody give me tips?
