I debadged it, had to work a whole bunch and put on a K&N in time to deploy. Now my wife controls the money and hopefully I have enough when I get back to get her washed. Soooo... mods are in progress?
I am relatively new to this site. So far I have learned 2 distinct things that make this site one of my favorite places to go. 1) Taco N3rds are some of the most helpful people I have ever associated with and 2) They are a diverse group that possess an infinite level of hard-earned wisdom.

For those of you who haven't seen me in my staggering amount of posts on TW (I think I am over 30 or some astronomical number now), I am a Navy guy. I spend most of my time resolving conflict. Personal, technical, professional... conflict resolution is the name of the game. One of my guys was just talking to me about some issues at home, things that are very private to him. I didn't have good answers, but I knew someone who had been through the same gut-wrenching events not too long ago. I connected the two, and now he has a way forward. That made me think... what a cool idea for my first thread?!? If this exists already I couldn't find it, but please delete and move forward.

I don't have a clear vision for this thread, but I know I want it to be the place where conflict is resolved on a bigger scale than what I do on a daily basis. We got older peeps, we got younger peeps, we got weird peeps and normal peeps. Hell, we got it all! If you want to vent, if you want advice, heck, if you want to give something away that you don't need anymore (like all that useless chrome I am going to remove from my truck), then you have found the right place.

I am currently out doing what my job needs me to do. I am not going anywhere. My presence will be inconsistent, but I visit this site more than I do anything else in my limited down time. Come join me, help me pass my time away from my home and family, and help me Pay it Forward. If you are a fellow military member, or police officer, or firefighter, or teacher... we are all public servants in my book. This one is for you too.

Thanks guys. Maybe it won't be the thread that dies. Worth a try.
