2016 blacoma 4door 4wd

Can any one suggest a replacement third brake light ?
I don't like the o e m one don't need a bed light ,I have a f0ld up hard tonneau .so jus a red led type is ok with me .I would like a oem or after market one that would not reqire any cutting or modification .
