You haven't updated pics in awhile. Didn't you get the new fenders on?

Fenders get fitted and painted on Monday. Pretty stoked about that and I'm keen to get pictures with measurements for others to look at when considering some for themselves.

Finally sources an old windows laptop so I can run the TIS software and get my TPMS sensors sorted out as well.

Hmmm, that sounds like a interesting read. Please share your experience with that.

Me too, because I want to run a readymade snorkel as well. I know I'll have to make some changes but I think I'd rather modify the snorkel instead of the fender.

As to the mini VCI stuff. I'm pretty sure that I have no idea how to make this thing work without some serious tinkering and studying time that I'm not willing to invest as it kept throwing up errors every time I tried to get the software to connect to the truck. Odds are that the issue is related to "insufficient operator headspace," but I've been patient for years and now that I'm getting close to finalizing a big step in the process I'm ready to move to a less sketchy solution and getting rid of this windows laptop.

With that said, I ordered an Autel TS401 MaxiTPMS tool so I can bypass all the nonsense. I already have the T55000 TechSmart TPMS clone tool and a bag of Schrader EZ-Sensors in hand. From everything I've read this should now be a very simple resolution.

Got to see one of my ideas come to life today. I've wanted to raise the camper up and get some L-track in between the bedsides and the camper and I brought my ideas to Wolf-Fab and turned Austin loose. He went far beyond my expectations and made an even better solution. Off to powdercoat next week and then permanently installed.

I'm practically vibrating with excitement as the first stage of my plans are almost finished. I feel like a kid again sometimes as I drift off to sleep running through lists of "what's next" projects.

Fenders and paint tomorrow and maybe part of the next day, and then I finally get to retire my trusty factory wheels and tires. They've served me well but their work is nearly done.

Saw you received your bumper, looking forward to seeing what you end up with winch wise and then seeing it all mounted up.

Thanks buddy...I just got the rough country 9500S winch. I have a couple buddies that run them with no problems so at $500 I couldn't pass it up

I have been working on some inner fenders for mine, more error then not, but I have found some old plastic signs in my shop that seem to work, are you going to work on some inner fenders?
the fit looks a lot like mine, I really had to pull the front of the fender out to get the lines even, mine is at paint now... :D

I am jealous of your cap, maybe in the future.. need to get a roof on my house first...

Not sure about a snorkel, but the OEM antenna fit awesome, I had to build a little bracket to space it from the inner fender, but the lines are pretty close my only concern would be the part that runs along the a-pillar not going straight up.

I am alittle concerned about the intake being open right over the front tire, so along with an inner fender and maybe some intake relocating I will feel safer..
    your build is looking awesome..

I'm going to hold off on them for the time being as I want to get a few other projects done first. Camper interior to keep 'Household 6' happy, re-gear, and the crawl box.

That camper shell 'might' be going up for sale soon as another option is starting to gel for me. Not in a hurry to get rid of it as we love it but this new option will be easier for a man with one useable arm to manage.

I need to get my hands on a couple of different snorkels to see what I can modify to fit as I know none of them will match up with the new exaggerated lines. If modifying an off the shelf snorkel is a bust then I think I will follow @Zam15 and make my own. His turned out great and I think I could do something similar without too many issues. I'm looking at buying some Delrin sheeting in 0.062 thickness and then making some cardboard templates so I can make the best fit I can. Want to keep as much dirt out of there as possible.

I'm going to copy/paste myself here as this will be part of that project.
