1995 white Chevy extended cab c1500

I know this site is for toyotas and all but I need as much help as I can get. Does anyone have any ideas or know any way for me to mount a flag to the bed of my truck? I need to be able to with stand atleast 85mph to 90mph. I want to fly a 3ft. by 5ft. American flag and 3x5ft Texas flag off my 95' Chevy without any permanent damage to the truck. Thanks for any and all help.
