Hey, first post. Recently bought my first real car, my 2006 Tacoma, in order to replace my old reliable 2002 Subaru Forester. The old girl broke the entire drivetrain at once and it was time to take her out to pasture. :infantry:
Picked it up used with <100k on it, in fantastic condition. Very excited to see the long lifetime of adventures with my new whip. Brand new 2.jpg Brand new 4.jpg Brand new 5.jpg

Thanks, made it myself. 4 bucks for the die, 10 minutes of drilling, and boom, cheap and easy.

I'm already a huge fan of Toyota. Today I roll into a local dealership, not the one where i bought the truck, for a 5 point inspection of my 10 year old Tacoma which I've owned for 3 days, for free. After a while I'm informed that it has catastrophically failed a frame and suspension integrity check due to rust, so Toyota will rebuild it a custom, brand new frame and suspension system, for free (rusted frame recall). It was so unsafe to drive that they quarantined it until the job was done, and then lent me a 2016 Corolla to drive as a replacement, for free. Also, booo to the guys who sold me a car that had a dangerously failed suspension system.
Absolutely stunned with this company and their accommodation of customers. I've only owned a 10 year old truck for a few days and they are pulling the hookup like this. Amazing.
